Who We Are

The Civil Society Organization Nutrition Alliance (CSONA) is a coalition of over 160 civil society organizations dedicated to ending malnutrition in Malawi. Our members include local and international NGOs who collaborate to advocate, educate, and drive action toward better nutrition outcomes at every level — community, district, national, and global.

As a trusted partner in Malawi’s development landscape, CSONA provides a platform for collective action, resource sharing, and stakeholder engagement to address the pressing nutrition challenges affecting our nation.

We influence national and district policies to prioritize nutrition, ensuring increased allocation of resources toward combating malnutrition.

We empower communities to hold duty-bearers accountable for nutrition and early childhood development services.
